It started with a 9-to-5 that slowly stopped making sense. I know right!!?

Every Monday felt like a sequel nobody asked for. Unreasonable targets, endless compliance checks, and a salary that somehow never quite matched the energy you poured in. The only thing keeping me going? Food. Specifically, the promise of good food at the end of a long day.

So I'd go online. Scroll. Order. Wait. And then - disappointment.

Soggy momos that looked like they'd given up on life. Milkshakes so thin they were basically lying to my face. Portions that felt personally offensive. And don't even get me started on the packaging - the kind that makes you feel guilty just opening it. All of it drowning in cheap oils that had no business being near anything edible.

Every single time, my heart (and honestly, my tummy) would ask, "why is it so hard to find food that actually feels like someone cared"?

So after days of grinding for someone else's dream, I decided, enough!

I picked up my laptop, partnered with Brand Bakery to bring my vision to life, and took the scariest, most exciting leap of my life. Bitesquare was born not from a fancy business plan, but from a very real, very hungry frustration.

The mission was simple: make food that's healthy, honest, hearty, and actually connects. Food that feels like a warm hug after a terrible day. Food that doesn't cut corners because you deserve better than that.

Nothing on this menu got here easily. Every recipe was tested, retested, and tested again until they earned their spot in the menu. If it doesn't feel right, it doesn't leave my kitchen. Simple as that. Main character energy, always. Every single item on this menu has been obsessed over because if I'm going to do this, I'm going to do it properly.
